Airfield Services was formed in 1999 following initial successful Aeronautical Ground Lighting projects at Blackpool and Warton airfields.
As a division of Edward Dewhurst it is responsible for all airfield electrical engineering projects, principally Aeronautical Ground Lighting (A.G.L), from equipment supply to project management of total turnkey systems installation packages.
Our capabilities can include initial survey, application design, supply of equipment, installation and commissioning through to tailored maintenance packages backed up by emergency call out services.
Edward Dewhurst also have considerable experience of HV/LV and standby power installations, security and fire alarm systems, domestic light and power, and apron floodlighting systems.
Supported by our team of highly experienced technicians fully qualified in all aspects of electrical installations, Airfield Services now has an ever expanding list of successfully completed projects at airfields and airports throughout the UK and beyond.
